The weather was strange again tonight. This time it was really incredibly foggy. As the French would say, "Il fait du brouillard avec un peu de lumiere." That means it was foggy but with light. The fog was made especially eerie because you could see fuzzy street lamps in the distance giving off light in a hazy sort of way, kind of like in that famous painting by Van Gogh. Sometimes when two steet lamps were close enough together, and you saw them at just the right angle, they looked like eyes to a gargantuan swamp monster or something. It was creepy and pretty at the same time.
On a happier note, tomorrow is my birthday! So I'm excited about that.
