“The Prayer”
“Hello good knights..No..Hello Knight! That’s it.” Said Princess Yoninah. Yoninah was a princess of the land her father owned . Today she was getting prepared to meet the new knights her father had assigned to his army. Her brown hair has been put in to two braids and pearls adorned her hair. Luna was picking out her dress of the day for Yoninah to wear.
“STOP PACING! You are making me nervous as well.”Said Arella, Yoninah’s friend and one of her ladies in the court and cousin. Arella played with her long locks of blond hair. Yoninah sighed. “I wonder what the knights will be like? Maybe one will be a Sage like me!”
“A ha! There it is. You violet silk gown with the pearls on the sleeves!”Luna said aloud. Yoninah smiled at her friend. Even though Yoninah was supposed to take care of her and help her if needed. Yoninah considered her family. Luna was the same age as Yoninah but older by 4 month’s. Luna slowly helped Yoninah into the gown. Yoninah had always loved this gown it was violet silk and had lace on the sleeves with pearls adorned to the sleeves. Arella waited for Luna to finish with Yoninah. Since Melia, Arella’s “Nanny” had to go deal with a problem Arella let Luna help her with the clothing.Yoninah spun around in her gown and slippers.
“Now for you Arella how bout a Cornflower blue gown with lace and frills?”luna said happily. Arella nodded clapping her hands in delight.
