heaven and hell in a basket
fluential happiness
time and time again
i've found my self lost
in this dream

running away from
every problem
that came my way

what is this allure
that brings me to you
i always thought happiness
brought despair

but thats only if
u don't know how
to stay there

u make things
complicated enough
on their own

i didn't know how to walk
always thought myself
as alone
as the birds sing
my soul is lifted
through the sunlight
bouncing off the
sheild of my heart

and i can soar
high enough so
i can't hear your words
and i won't have to
sit alone
by the window
crying
for u to hear my pain

and i will one
day feel this
fluential happiness
