Yes, that's where I found them, and I barely restrained myself from putting my fist to the merchant's face upon sight of him. He was also selling a set of "bear claws" that were stained around the roots, with what I will not say. *growls* evil

I'm leaning towards Brian Brain. (Or Bryan Brain to avoid confusion with the spelling. xp )
