Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for: the first chapter of my new fanfic. xd Hope you enjoy. (If you need to know info on the characters, check the last entry.) Chapter 1
It was a beautiful afternoon in a small village outside of Kyoto. Ryuna was looking everywhere in the village for her student Kitty, but could not find her.
Ryuna: Blast! Not here either. *goes to another area but still no sign of her* Where could she be?
Sentaro: Heh, y'know for a guardian you sure aren't doing a good job guarding the little brat. *sitting on a bench with a book in his hand*
Ryuna: stressed *eye twitches angrily* Shut up bookworm! Didn't anyone teach you respect your elders?!
Sentaro: *shrugs* stare Not really.
Ryuna: *sighs* Anyway, have you seen Kitty?
Sentaro: Nope, but I'm sure Ryo has.
Suddenly Ryo runs past them, but then suddenly stops when he sees Ryuna and Sentaro.
Ryo: *pants* Hey dudes! If anyone asks, I was never here.
Sentaro: *sighs* What did you do this time? stare
Ryo: Well, lets see... today I stole like 3 barrels of food at the market and I might've "accidently" peeked at the girl's bathhouse. *blushing a little while laughing nervously* sweatdrop
Ryuna: scream Dammit you little brat! When will you quit your thieving ways and get a decent job like a normal person? And how many times do I have to tell you not to peek in the girl's bathhouse? *sighs* I'll worry about that later. Anyways, have you seen Kitty?
Ryo: Yeah, she's in the forest, taking a nap.
Ryuna: Thanks kid. *runs off to the forest*
Sentaro: If you keep up with that bad behavior of yours, you'll never get the girl of your dreams.
Ryo: Shut up. Anyways, why don't you get a girlfriend?
Sentaro: Because women are stupid, manipulative beings. stare
Ryo: Why don't you just admit you're gay? scream
Sentaro: I had a girlfriend a few years ago, so bite me. stare *continues to read his book*
Ryo: Whatever. *runs off*
After hours of intense training, Kitty napped on the branch of a large tree. Ryuna enters the forest and sees her on the tree sleeping.
Ryuna: Hey Kitty wake up! *throws small rocks at her*
Kitty: *still asleep* Zzzzz......
Ryuna: *takes out katana, jumps up and slashes the tree branch*
Kitty: eek AAAHHH!!! *falls straight to the ground* Ow! gonk
Ryuna: Oh good, you're awake. 4laugh *hits Kitty on the head* Where have you been?! scream I was looking everywhere for you!
Kitty: Owie! crying Sorry Ryuna-senpai, I was training here then I got exhausted and took a nap. sweatdrop
Ryuna: Well, next time tell me where you run off to. You had me worried.
Kitty: Sorry. cry
Ryuna: It's ok. C'mon lets head back. Sentaro and Ryokamaru are probably waiting for us.
Kitty: Yea, lets go! *runs back to the village*
Ryuna: Heh... *follows*
They went back to the village, Ryuna gathered Kitty, Ryo and Sentaro so they can demonstrate their skills.
Ryuna: Ok, who wants to go first?
Kitty: OOH me me!!!
Ryuna: Sentaro, why don't you go first?
Sentaro: *sighs* Fine. *stands up and walks towards Ryuna*
Kitty: No fair, I asked first. gonk
Ryuna: Don't worry, you'll get your turn. *sits beside Kitty* You may begin.
Sentaro: *begins by summoning water from the ground, snaps his fingers, water turns into icy spears, eyes glow white and throws spears using telekinesis towards a tree, goes through it leaving a big hole in the tree*
Kitty: Oooohhhh!!!! Nice one Sentaro-san! blaugh
Ryuna *nods* Nice demonstration. Combining your ice and water magic with your telekinetic power is quite clever. Ok Ryo you're next.
Ryo: All right! Betcha my skills will be way better than Sentaro's. xd
Sentaro: stare *eyes glow white, throws a rock at him with his telekinetic powers*
Ryo: OW! *rubs his head* Jeez, what was that for?
Sentaro: Cuz you won't shut up. stare
Ryo: You lousy son of a-! stressed
Ryuna: RYO! scream
Ryo: Ok ok jeez! *breathes in and out* Ok here goes! *punches the ground, a small mountain comes out of the ground, his right hand starts glowing red and places it on the mountain, it becomes a volcano and starts spewing out lava and ash everywhere*
Kitty: Oh my! surprised
Ryo: *smirks, claps his hands twice, volcano immediately stops and lava suddenly hardens* So, what do you think?
Ryuna: scream Ryokamaru, you could've killed an entire village with that attack! *thumbs up* Nice one! blaugh
Ryo: *smiles* Thanks sensei! xd *sits back down*
Ryuna: Ok Kitty, you're the last one.
Kitty: Finally! *gets up*
Ryuna: You may begin.
Kitty: Here goes nothing. *summons water and wind combining them to make 3 water spouts, then summons lightning combining it with the water spouts, making it a deadly attack*
Ryuna: Hmm, a combination of not 2 but 3 elements. Nice work Kitty.
Ryo: *grumbles* stressed Show off...
Sentaro: *doesn't seem to care*
Kitty: *stops the attack, makes it dissappear* Thanks Ryuna-senpai. 4laugh
Ryuna: You must be very proud.
Kitty: I am. *sigh* I wish my cousin Chita were here to see our progress.
Ryo: Yea, I wish she were here too. She was such a hot babe. blaugh
Sentaro: Its been 5 years since she left the village, hasn't it?
Kitty: Yea..... *looks up at the sky with sadness in her eyes* Wherever you are, I hope you're ok. cry
