I've been reading the Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris and I have to say she is a brilliant writter. I have been reading about a book a day and have found myself all caught up and waiting for the newest book to come out now. I wish I had HBO so that I could watch the TV show based on the book, but I am afeard that it will slaughter the book. Kind of how The Dresden Files slaughters the Harry Dresden books by Jim Butcher.
I already pre-ordered "Odd Hours" by Dean Koontz, "Small Favor" by Jim Butcher (that's the Harry Dreden book), and "From Dead to Worse" by Charlaine Harris. With any luck, they will come on the winged heels of Hermes!
