I'd like to say thank you for helping perpetuate many of the stereotypes about black people. Would it have been possible to act like a semi-literate/intelligent person instead of stooping to the ignorance of the original poster.

Now why you couldn't be this literate in that thread is something I'll never understand. I have never tried to belittle anyone, and I certainly don't bow down to anyone no matter their race. I'm just one of the black people trying to fight against stereotypes one person at a time. I stood up for our race without stooping to the level of ignorance already floating around. Its called being tactful.
My initial PM to you could be taken as rude, but I assure you that it wasn't meant to be taken that way. Just as you're entitled to your opinions and freedom of speech so am I. There is nothing wrong about standing up to racism, but two wrongs never make a right.

I don't need you to understand why i talk the way i do wen and where i do because frankly i could give a damn what you think about me ..you see... I am what I am and i am not you. I will speak my mind and whats on my heart twords others who are attacking me be it physically also. I choose to speak in such a way because the poster of the thread was very bold and bold is something I am never afraid to be you can sit here and criticize me about how in your world your helping blacks but really by your little message your becoming hypocritical..how can you criticize me for saying what i want but at the same time be ignorant to your faults how dare you tell me I am helping make stereotypes about blacks.. to bad ..your entertaining the wrong damn crowd honey black people make themselves look bad by saying another black makes all blacks look bad..do u follow? especially by expressing that kind of comment publicly , its gives off a sense of shame and the only thing i hate more then racist are blks who are ashamed

You missed my point completely, and you're trying to put words in my mouth and accuse me of things I'm not guilty of. You can handle situations however you please. However, I'm allowed to voice my opinions just as you're allowed to voice yours.
I never said I don't have any faults, but I am the same in person as I am on the internet. I've actually been very successful in my walk to disprove the stereotype that all black people are the same every time I talk to someone who is ignorant.
By the way, I'm not arguing with you. This is the internet. I do enjoy intelligent discussion, but its obvious that its a thing of rarity these days.

Well if you are such a fan of witty banter and debate you would know that personal attacks have no place in either one. I never said that there was a problem with you voicing your opinion. Once again, you're trying to accuse me of things I didn't say.
Since you want to "attack" me about my age and marital status let me enlighten you on something. I do have a life, a very wonderful one to be exact. I'm a full time college student and stay at home wife. I can spend my spare time doing whatever I please. Also, you must be quite young if you think that being me being 24 is "old".
I have no respect for you because you obviously have none for yourself. However, I do respect your opinion as a human being. I'm not better than anyone in this world, but I have learned through maturing how certain situations should be handled. Maybe when you get a little older and learn more about life you will understand.
I will not be responding to you anymore because I don't believe in wasting my time on people who think they have the answer to everything already. Perhaps next time you want to try and match wits with someone you should learn to use proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling. It will help you when you're "old" like me.
