We're losing our roof slowly. Shingles keep flying off into the neighbors and we keep having to go out to get them. So far its only the left side of the house so right now the living room is the main room being affected. Our water heater busted as well so we won't have any hot water for a while until we can get it replaced.
We're also suspected to have at least 2 inches of rain. And three levees in New Orleans have been breached. Even though we were hit almost directly by Katrina, it seems Rita is doing more damage to some parts of Houma than Katrina did.
::EDIT::
And now the tree in the backyard has cracked halfways up. Which means just the right gust of wind will send the top of the tree flying into our kitchen. The wind keeps picking up as the hurricane gets closer to Port Arthur TX and Lake Charles LA
