Shattered Glass Eyes
Shattered Glass

Tell her something true,
When all she's known are lies.
Tell her about forgivness,
Tell her about freedom.

Hold her hands in your's,
and pray with her threw the night.
She's yours for the takeing,
threw slowly shattering glass eyes.

Give her your heart,
with honest and trusteing eyes,
tell her it's made of glass
and can easily be shattered.

She won't brake it,
she know's broken.
She'll care for it and keep it safe,
the way you do for her,
ever night and day.

Tell her it'll be alright,
save her when she cries.
She's there by your side,
with shattered glass eyes.

Simple scar's morf her body,
she's placed them there without knowledge.
Can you see threw the shardes,
of her shattered glass eyes?

The brilliance in the beems,
the beauty as they shimmer.
Shattered glass eyes,
that only make her qwiver.

She'll go on forever,
she lives for her death.
Long's for that sweet embrace,
yet fear's it without rest.

Each soft beat,
she charishes it,
you can hear it,
she can not.

It's dead in her,
lives in you.
That's why you can see threw,
the shattered glass eyes that she keeps true.

It is not stuffing,
nor oil,
or paint,
tis blood that drips from her own vein.

Marveling in it,
she falls to the floor.
Her arms around her knee's,
she cries sliently.

Nobody should hear her,
she carries her mask.
Why can you see it,
see threw her shattered glass eyes?

She picks up a brush,
feeling safe once again.
That moment of joy,
over laping her sense's.

Takes a moment
and stares at the tool,
her eyes glide down
each and every single tooth.

She's afraid now,
holding herself once again.
She know's what's going to happen,
and it rips her to shreads.

She bite's her lip,
tries to forget.
Till the blood run's down,
and it seem's she's free again.

The freedom turns to chain's,
chain's of hatefull pain.
You can't escape them,
it is all she to blame.

Her shattered glass eyes,
welt up in tears each night.
How she pray's for the morning,
and dread's sleep with fright.

She know's what's comeing,
but why can't she stop it.
It's to late now.

She lay's on the floor,
limp
and numb.

The blood has trickled it's way down,
soaked into her clothes and skin.
How she hate's it,
how it burns.

She can surpress it,
she's done it before.
But it welt's up into something more,
something beyond the pain of the blaid.

She cries for them,
not really for her.
She mourns over them,
they don't deserve that kind of hurt.

They are much to good,
she is pure impecable evil.
They can never understand,
just how quite unstable.

She fines sanity, in insanity.
Such a likely surprise.
She worries threw the pain,
and the shattered glass eyes.

Please don't take her hope,
don't take the sanity in her life.
If you take it,
she's crushed.

And once again,
she will die.
She's been dead for years and years.
Her heart beat's sliently.

And each time,
it burns.

It hurt's to know,
to know that it may stop.
Please don't let it stop,
don't do unto yourself what she has to be free.

Freedom at such a cost,
is mearly shalckes to hell.
Don't do what you are thinking,
don't take that away from her.

It's all she need's,
she just needs her hope.
She refuses it,
but it's what she want's most.

Don't take that from her,
it's all she wishes for in the dead of her heart.
Nonone should suffer,
threw the black currtains of this abyss.

Threw shattered glass eyes,
she sit's and she write's,
she tell's you a poem,
about a part of her life.
