So last night, I got to see all of Advent Children, so I'm gonna see if I can bring it to Jen's house today. I forgot to mention I was planning on coming over after school. She says she doesn't get home until like 2:30, but I don't get home until like 2:15, so I know I wouldn't get there even if I drove like a maniac. I also neglected to mention that I was actually dumb enough to try and look for her on Wednesday when we got dropped off at LVA, from the late buses. It was like 4:30 when we got there, but I seriously stood there looking around for a little while. I saw their floor that had all those emblems on it, so I'm guessing that leads you to the front doors. I really hadn't ever gotten a good look at LVA, it looks like one of those buildings you would have the misfortune of visiting in Resident Evil or Silent Hill. (No offense to Jen)
I busted my a** yesterday, filling out my ACT and SAT forms and sending them away. Kelly's getting the checks to pay for them, so hopefully by now she's sent them out. I've got the ACT in October, but the SAT's not until just before Thanksgiving. I'm so glad I got it over with. We fixed the backyard too before that, so now it looks so nice outside. Someone has to come over and enjoy it. We ate outside and had KFC by candlelight. It was very relaxing, I want to do that again sometime.
As for Advent Children, well, I will say I enjoyed it thoroughly, but I'm not gonna discuss anything about it for people who haven't seen it yet. When you watch it, then we can giggle over it.
Also, Ishikawa-kun got me into reading all of Fruits Basket, and I have declared myself a devotee. I'm so glad she frequents the library, I need to do that, I haven't in so long. For one thing, Natsuki Takaya is a a lefty, so she's like awesome right then and there, cause I don't know of any lefty manga-ka's. Second, I always liked the idea of the story, and now I like it more than ever reading so much of it. Third, the first raffle prize I ever won from Anime Vegas was a special CD of the 1st 3 Episodes of Furuba Dubbed.
That, and Shigure, who becomes the dog, is a novelist. wink
