Went to the perfessional foot doctor today. Nothing serious, just a bump that will never go away. Gave me these things that I put in my shooe that I have to wear for about....5 to 6 years.... they mold them to your feet and are kinda plasticy but not??

never mind i think those are only for those with arch problems
