Setting
In the small town that sits on the coast on a beach at dusk between June 23rd-July 2nd a voice can be heard. It melody is so beautiful that it sends chills up anyone's spines. People believe it is a women of the night that comes to haunts men or a ghost. This suspicion is caused by no one knowing who it is. Many have tried to find the voice but everytime they come empty handed. Suddenly for 20 years the voice has not come. The people were devastated. After a shot time the voice was forgotten.
Another time is about to pass but it is three days before hand. One night a young girl that goes to the local private school passes by the beach. She hears a voice but she could not find the owner and freaks out. The next day she tells her Grandmother. The Grandmother believes it is the voice of the creature but no one believes her. She goes to where her Grandchild had heard the voice. It again happens and she is amazed. Thought the voice is different. The news travels all over the town.

Personality: Spira is quite a forward, friendly and talkative person. She finds it hard to keep her mouth shut when it comes to having to do something important that deals with silence. She is also quite girly like most mermaids. Also she had a horrible temper and can be quite stubborn. When she is mad she can be emotional. She can cry quite easily.
Abilities: Like all mermaids she has many magical and non-magical talents. She can shift into any sea creature and even into any human she wants. Also she is a very natural singer and swimmer because she is a mermaid. Another talent of hers is spekaing any language that she chooses. On top of that she can heal herself.
Background: Spira had come to sing at the coast because of her mother's stories. Her Mother was the first singer and now she is continuing the tradition. Her joy is singing and being playful. Her Father is king of the sea. For most of her life she has stayed out of the human kinds way. This is quite a huge step for her.
