Today while my brother was sleeping over at his friends house, my mother took me to the Carnegie Museum. Since my brother ruined my chance to see the art portion my mother took me to see the art. First was the sculptures and alot of them were really interesting. They had two Athena sculptues, and she is one of my favorite greek gods. Then alot of the designs blew my mind. I saw the lion and the lamb sculpture. That one was interesting. Then we went to the mineral and jem part. I loved all the shiny things. I spent about 5 minutes staring at the large quatrtz skull untill my mother told me it was time to go. Then we talked about the giant skeletons of fish and then we saw things that we didn't see with my brother. I was happy that I saw things that my brother didn't. Kind of a pathetic joy, but a joy none the less. After that we went to the art gallery. That thing was HUGE. I wore flip flops and my feet are still killing me. The art was wonderful, but there was so much. There were some badly painted things and there were lots of wonderful things. I wish there were explosions though. That would have been wonderfu. I saw historic things and this one beetle in this other hall. That beetle is going to give me night mares. I shudder to think of it now. The female isn't so bad but the male is horrible. I cannot even begin to imagine what the female beetle has to go through. I feel so bad for a but I hate. Then I am going to Sandcastle tomorrow, and then during the summer around my birthday my dad is getting remarried. Fun right? I haven't even met the chick. Bye.
