Seph Within seconds of Zia’s blade being drawn and thrusted forward at Queen Asha sinking into the barrier that protects her Williams Anima Reaver is drawn from his side parrying the attack away from harming Ahsa any longer. The barrier protecting Ahsa Lord William knows has done what it was meant to but no unnecessary risks should be taken. Standing between Asha and Zia, William sends such a stare of cold hearted despise towards Zia for the actions he has just taken against his Queen. “Lord Zia your actions as of this moment would brand you a traitor for what Lord would raise their sword to their Queen for any reason. Your rash actions show you to be acting like a rabid dog that holds no regal grace or proper conduct befitting a man of social status and should be put to rest for such actions.” William turns his head back to smile wide with such bloodlust within his orbs of whiskey brown that now gaze upon Asha his Queen. “My Queen you ask of me what shall we do with Lord Zia and his treasonous actions on this day. At first it would have been a simple discussion on these matters that may have been easily resolved in privy, but now my Queen to allow such actions to go unpunished would just open the door to more such acts and pave the way for others to act out in such manners. We do not need his example sending ripples throughout the territories you rule having others feel your power can be questioned or opposed for any reason. Swift iron fisted justice must be passed and your will shall be carried out to the letter my Queen. Ask it of me and it shall be done for my thoughts on the matter are not of true importance I only bring them forward for you ask it of me, but truly my Queen it is not my place to question your wishes.” Lord Williams gaze once more becomes fixated upon Lord Zia. “Zia depending on our Queens judgement she wishes past upon you on this day will certainly hold great significance on how you leave this ballroom we now stand in. In my thoughts your service as Lord should be taken into account, but your acts if not have you sentenced to death they should have you sent into exile and if you return i will deal with you personally and you calm cool demeanour will not be as it is now.” Awaiting how Asha wishes to deal with Lord Zia’s appalling treasonous conduct Lord William stands battle ready with cold calculated measure that is void of feeling or emotion just cold abyssal death like seriousness that is unwavering.
Unholy Archangel Alex felt uneasy when Zia began to retaliate verbally against the Empress. The moment Zia made contact with his sword, Alex softly muttered a defensive word of power. By the time Zia's sword reached its full extent, several weapons came into existence. Around the blade of the Lord's sword, coiled a thick, black chain. At his throat, two katanas touched his skin gently. Lurking from behind were two scythes ensnaring his torso in their curved blades and at Zia's heart a rapier lay in wait. In front of his face hovered a cocked .44 magnum, nearly point blank range loaded with silver bullets. Alex felt the chain in the palm of his hand and tightened its grip upon Zia's weapon. "Zia, lower your blade and blindfold yourself if you will," he requested calmly, noticing William step forth in front of Asha at that moment. Alex silently anticipated any further resistance by quickly readjusting any blind spots within his weapons' domain. He listened as her grace addressed him carefully. The Rosary around his neck began to rustle, urging the awakening of his full power. Alex remained quiet between William's and the Queen's words, following all of their meaning and power. He grinned slightly at this situation before chuckling aloud to himself. Wiping a tear of laughter from the brim of his eye, he finally calmed down after a few moments. Alex became more serious, flicking his wrist to wrap the loose chain links around his forearm tightly. It was hard to hold in his blood lust at this very moment. The mere presence of Zia's aura directly welcomed Alex to release his seal. Instead of acting rashly without the orders of Asha, he remained still and awaited her resolute decision.
Zyibis Hearing her words only seemed to amuse Zia, "Lust? Desire? Don't make me laugh. I wouldn't feel such things for such a filthy Queen." He laughed, "In ever aspect you remind me of a human, you even have the same disgusting scent of those lowly creature." Turning his gaze to this filthy Queen's lap dog of a knight, listening to his words yet Zia could care less to his words. "Why has the great and noble William lower himself to follow such a thing as this woman." Zia chuckled as he noticed he was now out matched, "Release me Lord Alex, even a fool wouldn't continue to attack with this number against them." He said this as he noticed others ready to draw their weapons if needed. Returning his gaze to the Empress, "I do not agree with you being our Queen nor will I obey you. Now what will it be Empress Asha, will my head roll on these floors or will my clan be exiled?"
How ridiculous all this was, it was utter stupidity. Asha listened to William threaten Zia, and him step in front of her. She sighed feeling bored now that all the fun seemed to be gone, simply and dully gone. Even the words Zia spoke were typical, but she’d act her part, just to please the watching audience. Why, if she didn’t make a bang? Who’d fear her? Asha looked at her ring “Forgive me Cedric, please. I shall have to be cruel now, if I am to be strong.” She said to the ring. Her eyes were full of sadness for the few passing seconds; she lowered her hand to her side. Defences went down that had been summoned for her, even if they’d not meant to be summoned in the first place. The few vampires that actually had seemed to be terrified seemed to step back more, something was strange about how Asha seemed to compose herself now.
Cold air seemed to stir into the room; a terrible chill filled the air as Asha loosely went closer. What were those eyes flickering with? The candle light only intensified her presence as Asha looked around the room; her smile was no longer gentle or sympathetic. She did not feel insulted by the words; it was what she’d expected from a man like Zia. She’d met many of them before, and knew she’d keep on doing so as soon as she’d slipped into this immortal suffering. Her gaze went to the grown, her essence went docile “Alex, my boy. Please, do not bother with Zia. From the way he has shown himself, he isn’t worth even a guards notice. Yet, I shall continue this charade just for the next few moments.” Her words were now bitter.
Asha couldn’t help but think that Zia would probably think he’d managed to insult her, ridiculous. If anything he just had pushed her higher then she’d been before. Wandering to a near by guard Asha brought her face close to him “Oh really? Me, a filthy human, I can see how you would view that. I have not been a vampire long, so I have yet to get my own vampiric scent. When I was human I used Apple Shampoo, so that may be the scent you’re talking about or of course, a human scent. Doesn’t it seem tasty, the human scent off me? Humans are what you drink from? The lust that humans conjure is divinely seductive, and in order to take a humans blood you need lust. I know that humans are lower then vampires, but they are not filth because if they were, why would we need them so?” She told him, being blunt. Her eyes wandered his “Though, some humans are more special then others. So do not be so quick to judge. If that his how you look at things, you’ll most likely end up falling in love with one of these so-called filthy creatures.” She coolly replied. A sigh flitted from her lips “You know, you shouldn’t say such things. Why?” She leaned into the guards arms. Her smile cruel “Because I am the one you’ll want. Don’t you see? I am the one that has the royal blood, and those who think I am not worthy of being Queen should take this into account. For, if they do. Then they will realize that since the blood of my Cedric flows through me, every ounce of this body. Think about it. In order to gain royal power, then they’ll need to get this blood from me. How will they get it? I am wondering that if I am such a lowly queen, why not change that by trying to steal my blood? If so, why not make it easy and just try and make it so I’d give it willingly. Hm, it is interesting as I announced long ago that no one would be able to do such a thing, due to me only giving my blood to one I love and we all know that want happen.” She was talking to herself, and to everyone else.
Swiftly Asha pulled away from the vampire guard “Of course, I am getting off topic. Am I not? Back to it then. Lord William, make it so he doesn’t drink blood or feast for a month. Be on constant surveillance. I will be visiting him every day, twice just to see his thirst. That shall be his punishment; it may seem unjust but believe me. It will be. I do not see why we should let him roam free of such a thing when we can just…be bittersweet. Keep him in a room, and let no visitors in without my permission. Put up whatever defenses are necessary.” She began to turn away, but an idea struck her.
Asha looked around again “I have a challenge for Zia, and for anyone else whom wishes power. If you can manage to catch me, make it so that I am yours. I’ll give you pleasure, grant you the blood of the royal within my very being. Hence, that being will have power. I’ll most likely become a slave, but it is up to the creature. So, I dare you all to do this test.” And she walked away from the ballroom. Giving a challenging stare at Zia “I know you’ll not even bother with it, I am a filthy after all. Not worth your chase or taste? Of course, the same goes for a scum such as yourself. William. Deal with him”
