what do u find
a happiness full of intensity and depth
or the solitude of loneliness
what happened to the world i used to know
which is the world i now seek
where is it
is it really worth seeking
persistently exploring for the answers
i guess theres nothing to find
the key to happiness
no longer exists
for it never did
why did i have hope
why was i so full of enthusiasm
for something i couldn't see
but praying to grasp
to spread my wings freely
in the symbol of a dove
this is what i wanted
these clues to guide me through life
obstacles which i stumble across
is there anything up ahead
thats why i have hope
and strength to help me find my way
when i look inside
i will find what i was searching for
the promises and hope that i keep with me
it is here
always here inside
i am no longer empty
there is happiness
there is life
when i look inside of me
