Nothing’s Diamond Moon
Give me one more day
Or give me one more hour
Let me show you my way
Before you jump from the tower

Let me show you my view
My world in all its bliss
Every color in shade and hue
There is now world better than this

First there is the grassy fields
Bathed in snow or rain
And the flowers that here yield
Can soothe your mortal pain

Then there is the forest
With trees of the divine
That give of fruit that are the best
To eat while on a swing made of vine

And once night falls
We shall sit together as I croon:
“Break away from the city walls”
As we stair at nothings diamond moon

This world can be yours too
If you can see the light
I don’t want this night to be something I rue
I want everything to be alright

But this is your life
And your choice
So before you pick up that knife
Listen to my voice
