Evening cascaded the night with radiant beauty of the moon and stars in the sky, sitting alone in her room was young Muriel, a young vampire girl, she was a aristocrat of the vampire society both parents were vampires that had mingled with humans, not that she minded. At this point she was wearing a dress that went to her knee’s, lace and silk covered her body, the gown was only straps, except for loose attachable sleeves. She wore dainty Mary Jane’s and a ribbon around her neck, looking like a beautiful princess, which she could be. Brown wisps fell down her back, she was tired, she also felt thirsty. Her heart was yearning for the sweet nectar of blood, the thought made her hyperventilate. She’d not fed in days, because she didn’t like doing it so much, before all this, after seeing a vampire hunter slaughter her two best friends, Camael and Ginger. Quietly Muriel got up to go to the large, beautiful door that lead to her richly decorated and furnished room, but failed, she slipped and leaned on the exquisite covers of her room, her heart now aching. She mumbled “Crap, I can’t…not now..” She felt her fangs come out. Tears formed, dropping on the cream colored fabric of her gown, Muriel refused to give in.
-Zero, a member of one of the many families who had served Muriel's family for generation, paced down the hall toward her room. His black hair and dark attire mixed with the mood of the night. An engraved ring on his index finger glimmered brightly, even through the darkness, it was a sign of his true vampiric lineage. The tie, loosely fitted around his uncomfortable shirt, was straightened as he reached his destination. A brief sigh escaped his lips as he knocked twice on the door, awaiting an answer. When the mistress did not respond verbally, but to more of a thud, he twisted the knob and entered the chamber. Taking notice of Muriel leaning on the room's covers, Zero appeared at her side and examined her condition. "Geez, why haven't you listened and drinken any blood? You know very well that it is part of us now," he gestured, one arm supporting her and the other wiping her burdened tears away.
-Her knight came, the one who always caught her in the worst moments, automatically her grip tightened on the sheets, she gritted her fangs. His scent wafted up to her nostril, she breathed it in, eyes widened at how delightfully yummy it seemed to be. Shoving the thoughts out of her mind, Muriel nearly ripped the blankets. She could feel his gaze looking at her up and down, then his words flung into her ears. What he said made her a bit angry, Muriel shook her head, moving his hand away “Don’t…Don’t touch me…I beg you, Zero, my heart.” She breathed, panting. She felt him supporting her, as he always did. Muriel couldn’t control herself for much longer “It may be a natural thing for vampires, but I can’t, I don’t like it. No matter how good the life elixir may seem, it is…it is…” She felt her lips dry, her free hand covered her fangs, she felt more tears coming “I don’t want to…Zero, I don’t want to…I can’t. The only way I will if is someone forces me too…it is…is…it hurts.” She mumbled, realizing how much her heart ached. Her body moved close to him, she looked down, gripping his shirt “Please, please don’t make me…I can’t…I always feel so dirty afterward…but…i…want it…I can’t…Camael…and Ginger…” She whispered, noticing his neck, her eyes snapped away. She shook her head “No. None. None for me.” She felt herself slipping to the floor. At that point her Mother strode in, her mothers hair was up in pearls, long blue gown fell to her knee’s, it looked like a ocean scene with puffy sleeves and a ribbon. Her Mother, Madam Seraphia looked horror stricken “Muriel! Muriel, you’ve not had any? I guess that’s…Muriel…” She went to her daughter “Honey, are you…you have to…I know we have yet to find a lover from whom you can drink, and you don’t like drinking blood…well, from…well, please, just drink Muriel. Please, Zero I…” She looked to the door “Have to return to the guests, please, get her to bed, but…but..well, I trust you to do whats right.” And left. Muriel scowled “No.” ro's senses were heightened more than others, the faint gritting sounds of Muriel's fangs came to him as mild screeches. He could feel her pain, he knew clearly how much she had hated drinking the blood of others, even to the point where she risked her own health. Listening to her strained speech, he felt that the pressure was even more intoxicating than expected. "I know, you don't have to explain yourself," he stated briefly, "I have always known what make you tick," he finished. Zero followed his motions with his hazel eyes, listening for her pleads to the best of his ability, holding himself back for the moment from tending to her at her request. He was a bit stunned at her repulsive reaction at the sight of his neck, figuring she was forcing herself past her own limit. As her body began to slump to the floor from the weakining state, Madam Seraphia's appearance startled him greatly. Faintly paying heed to her words, Zero was already going through a set of scenarios. When Seraphia took her leave, he only nodded to her command, already knowing what he planned to do. Supporting Muriel with a single arm, he loosened his tie and freed his neck of its coil. Unbuttoning the first few buttons of his shirt, he folded over the collar and brought Muriel closer to him. "I don't wish it, however, if you won't drink the blood willingly," he said with a disturbed voice while he used the tip of his nail to cut into his flesh slightly. After allowing the scent of blood to invade Muriel's being, he placed his now free hand behind her head. "I can make you," he stated in a solid tone, guiding her within centimeters of his open wound. Zero waited there, hoping she would take the lead from there and not making him feel more terrible for such aggressive actions.
Muriel's reactions had a unique trouble and pain to them, but Zero remained. He listened as she apologized and watched as she shed a shower of tears. Smiling gently, "Its oka-," he stuttered as a shock jolted through his entire body. His hazel eyes drew into a flicker of crimson, they darted toward the impact of the foreign substance, Muriel's fangs. Feeling a powerful numbness spread into his being, Zero couldn't help but chuckle. "So this is what it is like?" he asked himself, clenching his chest with all his might. It felt as his very essence was being drained away, bit by bit into Muriel. However, since it was for her, he dealt with the pain and shed no regret. Although his weakining body forced him to kneel to her, he still held her fangs into his flesh until an acceptable amount of blood was drawn. Panting and gasping disturbingly as she withdrew her fangs, he put on a grin and asked, "Are you feeling any better?". The moment, right as she finished, he listened to her cute gesture. Zero followed her other statement with complete sincerity and though. "Don't fret over such a minor ordeal," he commented, gently pulling her hand to his mouth. Zero licked the drops of blood which seeped out for a few moments until the wound healed. The next question caught him by surprise, "Whatever your wish," he began, slowly closing the distance between them, "I shall grant it," Zero said before kissing her delicate lips.
