Okay, first off...
HAPPY NEW YEAR OF 2010!!!!!!!!
There, that random moment is accomplished for the day. But I must also question the way people are saying it now. I call it two thousand ten, not twenty ten. I blame that stupid catastrophe movie that came out. Day After Tomorrow scared the heck out of me with the idea of doom and gloom and the world ending, so I won't watch it. I also don't want to watch Avatar, some say it's good, but from what I hear the plot is pretty boring. I want to go see Sherlock Holmes! And the sequel to Alvin and the Chipmunks! Don't know if that will happen though... sad
Anyways, the main reason I am writing here. A lot of people are using different names for me, and I wish to explain them here.
Nahima is the name I go by online. I like it, picked it out myself, and frankly I'd rather have people call me that so I don't get any stalkers or other creepy people or comments.
Other names, which I will not write, are for real life. Nahima is not my real name, but it sounds similar to my real name. I use one name for my sport, which is bowling btw, and for Anime Club. I like being called that name. Honestly, would you be more scared when you're told to go against a girl with my nickname, or a girl with my real name? Nickname sounds tougher. I'm not saying I don't like my real name, it's very cute and uncommon, which around where I live is lucky. My real name is used for school, and friends who just call me by that because that's what I tell them or the name they know me best by in class.
I'm not mad @ any particular people, but I just wanted to clear that up. Now for some I am called Sis, or Student, that's fine. As long as my real name isn't used, I'm okay. Even my nickname is okay to use. JUST DON'T USE MY REAL NAME ON THE INTERNET! That is all I'm asking.
Thank you for listening to this small rant, well, I guess reading would be the better word to use, but who cares, right? Talk, I mean, write to you next time!
