It's the opposite of "You don't know what you got 'til it's gone." rofl
It's pretty stupid but it applies when you get sick. At first, you feel good and do whatever you want but when you get a disease you'll realize that you can't do some things anymore that you're used of doing. Maybe even regret not doing those things a lot while you had the chance. I just thought of it after hearing the song "Big Yellow Taxi" blaugh .
