Zero took notice of Muriel's subtle reactions to his words. They way she wetted her lips, went to thought, and even her discerning reasoning. With each of her movements or thoughts, he followed the changing colors around her with his synesthesia, carefully noting all of them. He then followed her flustered expression of feelings and he knew that it was all true. It was the wiser of the choices, but it pained him even though he knew it well. The fact she wished to gather the final Prime in an attempt to settle the dispute with the Chosen influenced his state of mind and even allowed him to consider the idea. Without a second thought, he had agreed to her ambition. Knowing that if the second had come to pass, Zero would have refused her offer and urged her to remain by his side.
Although his thoughts were occupied, Zero managed to catch and follow Muriel's last statement. Zero remained stunned for the few moments which followed, he wished that those words would never fade. Gently, a smile came to his face and he pulled Muriel closer once more.
"I love you, Muriel," he said, conveying his feelings to her while pressing his lips to her cheeks softly. They were the only words he wished to put in response to her own. The winds stilled and the atmosphere seemed to lighten to these actions, a subconcious movement which Zero brought about.
"Very well. I shall gather Primus and Gaia while you tend to Edellion," he stated calmly, releasing her from his embrace and staring at her.
"I will ask Primus of a location that he would see fit to house our conference. Until I figure out a suitable one, you shall be in Edellion's care," Zero said warmly, although at the back of his mind he still opposed the idea to an extent. He had a sinister feeling lurking in the corner of his mind.
