Ways to Solve
There is Positive ways to deals with the problem

first : Ask your self what is the problem
second : "think before you act"
third ; if you can't handle it by your self , don't keep it in your self"
fourth : Ask for help! example :" Mom , i can't do it by my self "
fifth : well! if your scared , the face your fear

6th : Don't freaked out , if your mother tell you negative things!
7th: Actually if you freaked out means you panic to hard or your over reacting ( no hard feelings guys) :3
8th: if the situation is hard like : you and your best friend break out your friendship , all you have to do is say Sorry then shake hands!
9th : well if its boy friend and girl friend stuffs like break outs , don't be afraid to tell you parents
10th : Your parents can help you in any situations!
