As a member of the Hyuuga Side Branch, Brendon's duty is obviously towards his clan and their Main Branch. However, this is a duty he takes on gladly. He believes that his family is the most important thing because whereas bricks and mortar are replaceable, blood and family are not.
Unlike most of Side Branch members though, Brendon has also undergone a secret oath in which he has sworn his life to the protection of the Kyuubi Jinchuriki and his own cousin: Naime Hyuuga.
Goal:
His primary goal is obviously to protect the Hyuuga clan in Kumogakure but he also had two more goals. There is obviously his secret goal, in which he's willing to stake his life, to make sure Namine is protected and has a good life. He doesn't want her to be define by the Kyuubi or weaponised, he really wishes her to have the best life she can possibly have. Although these goals both seem selfless, Brendon does have a more personal and selfish goal.
Brendon's personal goal is to become the Shinobi Nations first ever real big time fashion journalist. His love of fashion is a huge drive in his life ranging from his own clothing choice to his small time fashion blog "Shuriken Stylings". His ideal goal is to somehow achieve a magazine or small time fashion involved company from the blog.

Brendon is a pleasant and delightful young lad with no real flaws but he is somewhat secretive when it comes to his feelings towards his clan, family and Namine. His primary concern is fashion; he's always looking for new outfits and managing his blog from a small pocket computer he always carry around for him. He is also a vegan and very concerned with his physical weight and appearance. Some people even worry about his weight saying he might be anorexic. When the subject of his weight comes comes into question though, Brendon will often get defensive and agitated.

Brendon's face is slim, defined and pale. However, his most prominent features are his eyes, snakebites and the Main Branch Juinjutsu that is on his forehead though. Although, he does usually keep the seal concealed under his fringe and hat combo.

Brendon is under-weight, his body mostly leaning towards the more speed related feats and experiences. However, his physique makes him brittle and rather vulnerable but his slight physique makes him more flexible.

Obviously, with his love of fashion, Brendon's personal skills are all related towards fashion. He is a sharp dresser, a smooth talker and quite the writer thanks to his journalistic release in the form of his blog. He is great with color co-ordination but an unlikely byproduct of all these talents is a acute awareness for detail. Both in battle and in everyday life. He utilizes this attention to detail to deadly effect though.
Another skill he has is cooking, thanks to his Vegan diet restriction Brendon had to learn to cook fast or go hungry.
Favorite Food/Drink:
Due to his vegan diet, Brendon has a very particular diet. His favorite drink is a soy latte and his favorite food is spicy bean burgers and curly fries.
Least Favorite Food:
Brendon doesn't like meat, obviously because of his Vegan diet. However, Brendon really doesn't like mushrooms. It isn't really the taste that puts him off but more the consistency that he really can't stand; sometimes he has even vomited after eating mushrooms.
Likes:
Brendon's first loves are fashion, clothing and shopping respectively. But Brendon also rather technology savvy and enjoys writing creatively as fashion journalist on his small time blog.
Dislikes:
Brendon hates bad clothes, clothes not being his size and is often seen melting down when he comes into these sort of situations. He also can't seem to hack having no internet connection. He's also not a big fan of the guy who hangs around hags around Namine.

Battle Strength:
Brendon's best aspect is not only his exquisite technique but his seemingly perfect positioning. He always seems to be in the right place at the right time in a fight, even in tough fights against those of a higher rank than himself. Considering his need for good positioning due to his taijutsu affinity, his flawless application speaks for itself.

Although an expert in chakra control, Brendon is pretty much unable to use Elemental Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, he instead has to rely solely on his Clan's taijutsu style. Which means doing well up close and personal to enemies whilst suffering at long distance.

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:
• Jūken - Gentle Fist ~ B Rank
The Gentle Fist (柔拳, Jūken) or Gentle Fist Art (柔拳法, Jūkenpō) is a form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist.
• Shōtei - Palm Bottom ~ D Rank
This attack consists of a quick, precise thrust of the users' palm to an opponent's body. Like other Gentle Fist techniques, it sends chakra into the target to cause internal damage which will temporarily paralyse an opponent.

A technique made by Brendon to make up for his lack in Gentle Fist techniques thanks to him being a member of the Side Branch, Brendon will prepare and attack and even launch it as it to strike the enemy but thanks to Brendon's precision and notice to detail he can then coax the opponent into moving in a certain way and prepare a second attack to catch them off guard. It is often too late before the opponent notices that the first attack was a decoy and they often fall prey to the second.

Appearing to attack with his hand in a strange formation, deciding to attack with his middle, index and little fingers instead of his fore and middle fingers like in normal Gentle Fist; Brendon will curl his forefinger and hold it place with the tip of his thumb. Most would assume the strike is coming from the thrusting fingers but instead the attack comes in the form of a flick. When the flick makes contact, like all other Gentle Fist techniques it can cause great internal damage and packs more of a punch than one might expect. Another hidden facet of this Taijutsu is that like Vaccum Palm it can send out a tiny amount of compressed air at the opponent with some force, even though it's not enough to take them of their feet and is not as damaging as the technique would have been if the blow landed; it can give Brendon enough time to attack his opponent further or retreat depending on what his situation might be.

By expelling chakra from the tenketsu in the soles of his feet, Brendon can gain a momentary boost of speed and appear as though he is missing a step when in actual fact all he is doing is covering more ground in a single bound. Because of the nature of this movement and the fact unlike body flicker it can only take you in a single direction for a short distance it does not have a 4 post cool down but 2 post cool down.

By doing two simultaneous Palm Bottom strikes to an opponent or multiple opponents Brendon cannot only double his damage output but can also send an opponent flying backwards.

By clapping his hands infront of him, Brendon can emit a concussive wave of chakra. There is quite a lot of power behind the chakra wave, making it able to do some blunt damage and knock an opponent clean off his feet. However, it can also be used defensively. Although not as comprehensive as the Heavenly spin and only working on attacks coming from in front of him; this wave can easily bat away thrown weapons and jutsu of an equal or lower rank.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique ~ D Rank
The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.
The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armour which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.

Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

• Hyūga Main Family's Juinjutsu ~ A Rank
This seal is branded on all branch house members in the Hyūga clan by members of the main house. The main purpose is to seal the Byakugan at death, so that its secrets never fall into the hands of the enemy. When the Hyūga dies, the seal disappears, sealing away the Byakugan with it. The secondary purpose is to control the branch house members, since it can be activated at will by a main house member with a hand seal only known by them to destroy the wearer's brain cells.
The seal is branded on a branch member's forehead when the next heir or heiress of the main house turns three years old, (Neji received his at the age of four on Hinata's third birthday), and is only removed upon their death. Branch house members tend to keep their foreheads concealed because of the seal.
• Hyūga Main Family's Juinjutsu Addition ~ A Rank ~ Custom
An additional seal that forms a circle around the manji symbol of the original Hyuuga family Juinjutsu. This circle is incorporated into the wearers seal either when it is first placed or at a later date and contains a command within it that the wearer must follow at all times. Failing to abide by the seal's ruling will result in the same sort of effect as the Hyuuga Main Family's Original Fuinjutsu but without the use of a hand seal. Until the user follows the command present in the additional seal they will continue to suffer.

Due to the clash it often presents with his outfits, Brendon leaves his headband at home in a draw, nicely folded and shown the proper respect.

Not wearing a headband, Brendon often displays his village allegiance through different accessories such as necklaces, wristbands, ear rings, hats etc etc.

Varies, often something trendy, fashionable and somewhat flamboyant. He has a thing for burgundy though, it's kind of his colour.
Cherished Items:
Brendon treats all his clothes as precious items as many of them are one of a kind pieces or things that he has had to adjust, edit and mend but even more so than his clothes, Brendon's pocket computer is his life. The epicenter of his blog "Shinobi Stylings" the small touch screen tablet computer as almost a terabyte of memory, a full photoshop suite, a full audio editor suite and a full video editor suite. It has an extra strong Wifi connection, able to gain good signal over long distances and amplify any signal it does have to its full potential whilst having all the other capabilities of a tablet such as game applications, a camera for photos and videos and an audio recorder. All in all the pocket computer is one ingenious piece of kit that Brendon salavged and modified using his own technological knowledge.

Brendon's charge after his oath to the Hyuuga Main Branch, Brendon see's that Namine is safe and happy from the shadows like some sort of shadowy protector. Although Namine may not actually know that Brendon considers her a friend, Brendon's feelings are clear not only has he been sworn to protect her but she is also family and that is all that matters in his eyes. He also has a strange habit of calling her "Mistress Namine".
• Oribaa Himei ~ Kumogakure Jounin ~ 26 Years Old
Although his senior in both age and rank, their strange alternative lifestyles have brought Oribaa and Brendon close as friends. The two spend a lot of time talking about music, fashion and their goals as shinobi and even cultivate a friendly rivalry despite the huge gap in their skill level.

Brendon's cousin and in a way, handler. This Main Branch member is the person with whom Brendon meets to give updates on his missions progress. They keep their relationship a secret in order to to rouse their respective Kage's suspicions.

Enemy maybe a strong word for Brendon's feelings towards Julien but there isn't exactly a "People I Don't Like" section to the profile format. Brendon doesn't like Julien because Namine lives with him and the fact he spends a lot of time with Brendon's charge. Brendon is worried that Julien will not just hurt Namine physically but emotionally too and he cannot allow that to happen.
Romantic relationships:
Brendon is sapiosexual which is defiened as "A behavior of becoming attracted to or aroused by intelligence and its use." If someone has brains and is not afraid to use them, Brendon is hooked instantly, no matter the gender.
Religious philosophy:
Brendon is definitely agnostic; unsure of whether there is or isn't a divine force. He often debates it with people to see what they say, interested not only in their points of view but how it may effect his too.
Political/Social philosophy:
Brendon is far from interested in politics, or so everyone thinks, but the truth is that Brendon has done some amazing articles on Political and Social issues such as the need for Village Policy reform and pressing Social Matters that are not being addressed such as housing and education.
Background:
Brendon was born in Konohagakure to the Hyuuga family's Side branch in the same year that two Main Branch heirs were born; his family were very excited for their son's prospects seeing the timing of his birth as a good omen for their son's future. If they were to know the destiny for both themselves and the poor child that they called "Brendon", whether they would still count the year in which the young Hyuuga was born in such a good thing.
Brendon continued his childhood in much the same way as the other children of the Hyuuga clan, whether they were Main or Side Branch; they played, they sang, they slept, they cried, they laughed and they just generally carried on togetheer as children did. However, all the while this was happening things beyond Brendon's control seemed to be happening around him. Unknown to Brendon, his cousin; Namine had been chosen to be the Kyuubi Jinchuriki when she was born and all the while people watched and despised her for what she was. They were all on edge she may lose control, on edge someone might take her and mostly on edge that one day such a monster could come to rule the Hyuuga clan as it's head. Even though Brendon didnt't really care for it, the intelligent child couldn't help picking up on the animosity around him and soon things would get a lot worse.
Both the heirs, Kota and Naime turned three years old and Brendon at the same age was branded with the Hyuuga Branch Juuinjutsu without delay. Everyone man, woman and child who didn't already have the seal had it cast upon them and Brendon, slightly nervous at first with how strange it looked, was now a puppet of the Main Branch like his parents before him. Once again, he picked up on the small ripples of animosity around him but Brendon took it on the chin and proceeded to play, laugh, cry, ect as he always had. Without a care in the world. All the while he was doing this though, the world was moving around him and it didn't care much for him either.
A few weeks after the branding ceremony, the hostilities between Kumogakure and Konoha spilled their way into Brendon's life with the intensity of a thunderclap.
A Kumo rogue whom had previously been sent to capture Namine, snuck his way into the Hyuuga Compound during the night and instead decided to assassinate her. If he had succeeded, the Rogue would have not only weakened both villages but easily sent them to war against one and other. Destroying both. Brendon walked into Namine's room that night to see if she was okay that night, despite the thunder and the wind of the storm outside. He spotted the man and screamed and in his panic, the assassin fumbled with his weapon and caught Namine's right eye. Brendon's Father then came and killed the rogue where he stood and reported the incident to the Main Branch. Things were out of control and still panicked, Brendon could hardly breathe but in a way, even though she was hurt, Brendon had saved Namine's life and the Main Branch's eyes soon fell on Brendon and his family to do the same again.
With war imminent, the decision was reached to exchange Namine to Kumo in order to preserve the peace and with her, Brendon and his family would follow on a secret mission pretending they had escaped the Tyrannical reign of the Main Branch and settling in Kumo. The Main Branch did this without either Kage's permission and still remain secretive about the affair, denying the existence of Brendon and his family, keeping up the ruse that they are traitors when in actuality, they maybe their most loyal subjects. The three of them gave up their home to do the bidding of their family and soon Brendon was a Kumogakure Shinobi, protecting Namine from afar, an addition to his Juinjutsu compelling him to do so and developing into his own person.
