Thanks to my little middle of the night venture to finish an entry, I managed to keep on track with the late nights, much to my and my parent's dismay. I woke up to my alarm and didn't even hesitate to turn it off and then fall back into bed, and then Josh called me at 11, but put me on hold and I was too tired and cranky to wait, so I hung up on him, then waited for the call back. We're still not sure what we're going to do tomorrow, and I doubt we will, I still wanna go to Sky Mania.
I still woke up terribly late today, 2:45. I should be ashamed, which is why I'm trying to make sure from now on I get rid of this bad habit, I miss too much sleeping in like that, and there's plenty of time to mess around in the morning if I just keep the will to stay up, I could just pretend it's a school day or something. Speaking of which, I think I'm finally on the right track with the college courses, see what my Dad thinks of that, hmph. I just have to go in and schedule a Placement Test, and then go speak with a counselor to set up which classes I'll need, and then decide on them, then I just need to pray my Financial Aid delivers.
I baby-sat Sophia again today, no big deal, but she had more immunizations today, 5 shots, poor thing, Josh would be pissing his pants. 2 in each leg and one on her arm, she was band-aidtastic to say the least. She was fine apart from her cranky, "you're on the phone and not paying attention to me" self. Kelly left out some Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs along with some Spiderman mac n' cheese (apparently for both of us, what am I, 5?). She had mentioned that there was still a leftover porkchop, but to be honest I was more concerned about making sure Sophia had something to eat, because she's on such a rigorous schedule to become a perfect, healthy, happy baby blah blah blah.
So, I shared the food with her, but during the time watching her and stuff we had a bowl of grapes on the counter, so every so often when I would walk by the counter, I would grab a handful, which was frequently considering how many phone calls we got. (Damn you Clark County Substitute Teachers Assignment Program) Well, I didn't notice this, but when Kelly got home she was suprised to see like almost all the grapes were gone, which turned out to be a bad thing that God forbid "fruit was being eaten". She was complaining that it was like a 2 lb. bag of grapes, which then magically turned into 3 lbs. sometime later when she was still going on about it. There was no 3lbs. of grapes, it's all stem anyway, it's like 2 lbs. stem, 1 lb. grapes. I should be more health conscious and discover that for dinner I had Spaghettio's, Mac n' Cheese, and grapes. Pfft, whatever, I bet she had McDonalds on the way home.
So later, I went up at called Sonja back, and she had been on a Kingdom Hearts thing all day because of her teeth surgery putting her out of it. She got through Hallow Bastion though, I is so proud of her. 3nodding
We started watching Top Chef America, and we started watching it for a while, the secret ingredient was Tilapia, a kind of fish, which is apparently known as being pretty flavorless, so I'm guessing the key point was to make sure the dishes has other pieces to help compliment the fish.
Meanwhile, Sonja was scanning eBaY, to see if any teeth were on sale, apparently she got this idea while talking with Amanda earlier, to try and sell her wisdom teeth online, because of the popularity involving strange auctions, like the Air Guitar one for instance. She figures, if she can get enough to help pay for the surgery she had to go through, it'd be worth it, plus she'd have a great story to tell.
I never did see the end of Iron Chef though, and I had to cut the phone because Kelly was trying to connect while I was talking to Sonja. I did have the idea of Wikipedia'ing Iron Chef, and I found out what that guy was saying, it's for me and Sonja to have some closure on those crazy dubbers. It's "Fukui-san!". Huh, go figure. It's not what I was hearing, that's for sure.
