See all the beautiful pictures? That's Kazuo Kiriyama, badass of Battle Royale. He led his own gang as a mob boss and is terrifying to many, including mob bosses gone kaput in the head! He attends Shiroiwa Junior High and got sent to this island in which he fought against 41 other students, some being friends, others, more than friends. He died at the hands of Shogo Kawada, Shuuya Nanahara and Noriko Nakagawa. Those ********... anyway, he started by exiting the school, leaving a note telling his gang members where too meet him at. Their fates were sealed. Kazuo thought of a way he could figure out if he wanted too kill or fight the force that caused the 42 students in all too fight each other. He flipped a coin. He couldn't really choose on his own whether he wanted too fight, seeing as he had no remorse for others. He got the side of the coin that the voices in his head would've picked: "Death to them all!" He picked off his gang members and one innocent girl. He did start out with an Uzi, but ended up with more than he could eat. He ran into others who were no match, or just injured him slightly. On this note, Kazuo's actions helped the three who killed him. Shogo Kawada mentioned in the Novel (and maybe the manga also) that he was part of this game before. This was his second time, and that gave him the edge. He chose two lucky contestants as the ones he would take with him off the island. Kazuo killed numerous amounts of people that stood in his way. The end result? He died. The reason for him having no remorse or feeling left for his victims is that as a child, his family and him got into a car accident. The result of that was losing a very special part of his mind. This turned him into someone with absolutely no fear, no feeling, and no remorse. All went as planned until he ran into those three. What happened after all that? Shogo died because of a mortal wound that Kazuo gave him. He died on the ship. From that day forward, Shuuya took revenge on the government. He named his terrorist group "Wild seven".

In memory of Shogo Kawada, who smoked a brand of cigarette called wild seven.
There might of been one more, but I don't remember it. Shuuya started the terrorist group and Noriko took refuge in Baghdad. After Shuuya was done with his mission, he reunited with Noriko.

Mitsouko Souma was the next biggest threat. Her list goes like this:
