Well, I think I'm over my nun stage... though the previously mentioned Barnacles is getting married to someone else...
I have found peace in knowing that guys have penises... and they use them instead of brains.... 3nodding But if you know that, and use that to keep yourself out of trouble (like using the l-word in less than a year) Then you can keep from getting hurt.
I gotta say tho that Devin, my bf of a couple weeks now, has proven to be the most real guy I've ever dated... He doesn't feed me lies all day, he respects me, and not to mention he's just an all-around great guy...
Don't get me wrong, I don't expect him to be perfect and to fulfill my every need, but he's pretty awesome.
If/when our relationship is over, I know that this time I've kept myself smart from the beginning and so I won't be completely devisated this time and become a nun... xD It's much healthier that way though it sounds awful I'm sure...
But as they say it's better to hope for the best but expect the worst... and that's what I'm doing. 3nodding ...But I really do like him... ninja
