Yay for Surgery! I mean...WHAT!?
Long story short, I have scoliosis because of mere, happy, harmless (well, not really) genetics. Scoliosis is when your back isn't straight--most common among women (like me!). So, I have it but I have it baaaad...I mean, my spine is literally the shape of an "S". No one who doesn't have x-ray vision should notice, though, unless I'm wearing a bathing suit or I'm walking around in my underweard or naked or I'm just a skeleton, but that never happns (including the bathing suit part--I neglected swimming due to my self-consciousness ;~; )

So, I've been going to the doctor/hospital monthly. Yay. My orthopedic dude is awesome, though. He speaks in a British accent and is quick and to the point; my kind of doctor. My official docotr is just plain creepy oO; I won't go into detail with him...

Anyways, I had two x-rays in which go in a 90 degree angle with my body as much as I can (surprisingly I can) and the doctor was pleased to discover that my back is highly flexible--straightening out about 50% whenever I bend that way so surgery isn't hazardous and is my only obtion to get my back fixed. You see, the problem will only get worse over the years, even IF I've stopped growing (which I have, but my spine hasn't realized it). I'll end up being the female Hunchback of Notre Dame ;o;

But I was actually pleased about surgery, even if it means four hours of anestesia. It's all good. If I live, I'll live the rest of my life with a straight back. That's good. If I die, I'll still be happy because I'll be in heaven, baby. WHOO!

I admit. I'm crazy.
