I'm not supposed to be up at this hour but hell.
Anyway, Final Fantasy XI is great. I've been leveling up like mad. I'm a Mithra, which is a cat-like humanoid. A female race only. My job class is a Warrior, big surprise, huh? Warriors can't perform any magic whatsoever, but they have superior attack, defense, and HP. So when they're in parties they serve as tanks. Provoke the enemy and get it to attack only you while everyone else deals the damage. So that's what I am, a cat warrior who weilds an axe.
I have a good friend named Damonta there. I'm his "pet." He plays a Hume, a human, so once when he was giving me commands I said "Yes master" and that's how that pet charade started. Now he calls me Kitty. He's nice and he's a Red Mage. Red Mages learn both white and black magic, but it takes them about twice as long to learn the spells, and they're also pretty adept swordsmen. He's a level thirty-seven while I'm a level elevan, but hell. We started out together but after a hiatus away from the game he shot up ahead of me. =P The only bad thing about him is that he's ill-literate and just... SUCKS at spelling. Like everyone else on FFXI. There are over a million members and I've only met two people who appreciate the English language. stare
Then there's Yodz and Sapphireli. They just... in love me. They're always vying for my attention and appearantly they got mad at Damonta once because they thought that he was hogging me after I'd unequipped my linkshell (linkshells are items that you equip, and with them you can talk to an unlimited amount of people in the game no matter where they are). /:
