ToraMe's birthday is on October 15th, and as such, it was on this lovely occasion that ToraMe woke up with a smile on her face and quite a bright persona of sorts (which is indeed far better than she usually wakes up), after which she jauntily sat up in her bed and said with an exuberant grin, "Ah, what a glorious day. Quite a splendid day for a birthday, indeed. OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING... OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY... I'VE GOT A BEAUTIFUL FEELING... EVERYTHING'S GOING MY WAY..." And then she did proceed to sing. After said singing and merriment, she did proceed to eat a hearty breakfast of the omelet which had been lovingly stuffed and the toast that had been lovingly, well, toasted, by her loving father. After thoroughly partaking of such a splendidly filling meal, ToraMe did go upstairs, and then she did brush her teeth, and quite well. And then, she looked out of her window, smiled at the gently sun-kissed mountaintops, and then said once more in quite the joyful tone, "Twill be quite the day for a birthday." And twas. Indeed, it was, for about five seconds.
And then, there was an earthquake.
And then, the power went out.
And then, it began to rain.
And then, ToraMe did say... "Damn."
