Pictures to come.
Where do I even start?
Alright, the initial plan was me and my friend, both being Pyramid Head, were going to Trick or Treat together. The number of people quickly grew however, and we had a group of well over seven people in our merry little gang! Me and Cassie, as Pyramid Head. Her two sisters', a wicked kickass Link with the ears and everything and a vampire. Cassie's BF as a crackass wizard, and my other two friends, both vampires. My brother was Jason. whee So cyooote!
My outfit was sort of a design of my own, not based on either the movie or the game version, but a combination of the two. My knife was strictly based on the game's, however, and carved from wood... it was heavy, and I am sure I could have easily bludgeoned someone to death with the thing. My apron was sewn so tight however, that in the process of putting it on I tore the seam. whee So, my version of Pyramid Head had a nice show of leg. rofl
Cassie's costume however was almost exact to the movie version of Pyramid Head. It was seriously the coolest thing I have ever seen. Her helmet was HUGE, probably over four feet from the top of the pyramid to the tip. Her knife was gigantic as well, and made of actual metal, so when she dragged it it made a scraping noise. SO AWESOME.
So, inside our helmets we were both REALLY BLIND. Like, could only see points of light. We could see out the bottom of our helmets at our feet, and that's how I navigated. Dragging our huge knives, we sort of guided eachother, one following the sound and movement of the others knife... talk about blind leading the blind! There was much bumbling ,especially up the steps to recieve the candy, when we would all have to get the HELL out of Cassie's way or risk being hit by her helmet. xd She hit her head on a hanging birdhouse as well... hehehe.
I don't think her boyfriend quite enjoyed the affection we showed eachother. But hey, Pyramid Head lovin' HAD TO HAPPEN. We fukuro danced around, eskimo kissed with the tips of our helmets, did a Pyramid Head mating call to guide eachother around (much like the sound of a bird on drugs), RAPE TIME, LOVE IS OVER, humped things, generally ran into people with our helmets, got freaked out when lights would change. And grabbed booties. And and... it was amazing. It was the funnest nights I have had in a long time. I love that girl, I swear.
Who else can say they fukuro danced with another Pyramid Head? A great few people, I am sure. And despite the fact that no one probably knew what we were, it was the best Halloween I had yet.
