Alexa walked with her to be newly bought mirror. The lady smiled with a glint of taunting eyes. Alexa smiled looking ta the gorgues mirror. It had a rose border and was light lavender. She loved it and was glad to have the 8 bucks to buy it. The women wrung up the cash. "I see you have taken a liking ot the Mirror of Aphrodite.It is beautiful isn't it?" The cashier said. Alexa looked up in surprise and nodded. The women grinned icily "Have you heard of the gift? It is said that who ever wishes upon the mirror will have the beauty of a Aphrodite,Men will swoon over you and will bow at you feet! You must say this verse...Mirror of the Goddesse Power allow me the beauty of a flower, Gorgueas as a rose, Make sure that all the mens love shows, Oh Goddesse please give me your beauty and Power. " The women told Alexa. "Only under dusk can it be though"
Alexa stared in awe. She never had ever been pretty or adored. She had long tangly hair, glasses with tape and nerdy clothing. Alexa ran off after paying with excitement.
Chapter 1
Cassandra walked down the hall of Aurora Academy in a small town in Ontario, Canada. She was glad that the days classes were over and she could go to her dorm. Turning the knob on her locker she went over the cod" 12, 45 and 10!" She repeated. Her locker opened and she put all her things in except the small star pink and lavender keychain with a Pearl in the middle of it. She fiddled with the chain it was on. Then she felt it burning really hot. That meant there was a call from the Center. Looking around Cassandra followe the song, she searched for the portal. Finally Cassandra heard the song at it loudest and opened a cupboard in the home Ec room. The Centers image in a blue glow was there. With a smile she jumped in and not even knowing her small "Feline" assitant, Hemera. As Cassy went threw the portal, her otufit changed to the uniform of The Centers Agents. Cassy felt her magic flow more powerfully now. The relief of her ancestor, Cassnadra in greek myths was a very pleasurable thing. There was a speacil Jeen in her fmaily that allowed her magical powers and that is what the center was. A angency where Magicasl people/beings could go and make sure all magic was kep safe. Cassy fidgeted with her neclace again. A small Fair popped up and smiled. "Hey Feliada! Sup?" Cassy asked.
