Time for a more serious entry. Here's the basic happenings. Theres this guy that's been my mom's friend for years. And then there's my brother and his father.
Brother "Blue" - Needs his car fixed. Asked my mum's friend for help.
Brother's Dad "Green" - Kind of fat, doesnt do anything. Drinking problem.
Mum's Friend "Red" - Criminal record for abuse, stealing, breaking and entering.
Basically my Red was visiting to help my brother fix his car. Blue and Red were working on the car and Green was holding the flashlight. Red brought about 16 bees. My mum had like four. Green had about one before he left. Red had, he says one. Red leaves downstairs with one beer in his pocket. When I went downstairs there were Three left, and approximately 4/5 cans on the ground. When I left there were seven. Green had just started one. When Red finished for the day on Blue's car he turns around. No beer. He gets upset that there's only one left but Green offers him the one he just started. Red knocks it out of Green's hand. Green leaves to go back upstairs through the gate that goes up and down to let the cars pass. Red goes around to the other side of the parking lot and takes a wiz then finishes on Blue's car.
Red and I go upstairs. I take the stairs, he takes the elevator. We come back. Red tells my mum about the beer saying he drank all of it where he only had one. Green comes out and sits on a chair. Red starts talking about things like you drank all my beer etc etc " I treat you like a brother and you stab me in the c**k sucking back." He also says he ought to kill him, drop kick him, and he kicks Green in the chest as he's sitting in the chair. Green has diabetes and he's told me he will die if you tickle him even. I think that might be errelevant but what ever. He kicks him a few times (Red also has STEEL TOEDcandy canes and a lamp. Bother were from my mother's deceased boyfriend of ten years. I knew how much her higs from him meant to her and it was a nice bowl so BOOTS ON) and pushes him backwards, also knocking over Green, the chair he was sitting on, and a wooden filing drawer on the side holding a crystal bowl full of I feel sad. Green sits on the chair for a while longer (while its on the floor, it was also an antique from my mum's deceased boy friend) and tells my mum he cant find his glasses. Green gets up. Red hits Green in the face and my mum pushes Red away from him five times. He says to my mum "Your lucky your a girl" and walks past her. Green leaves. I go back to my room. Other stuff passes. I get my sketch book and pencil from the table. As I walk by Red's in my path. I get a better grip on my pencil and he says "Dont you raise that pencil to me" Or something like that. He says he was sorry etc etc. Green leaves. I leave.
A few minutes later (as I was typing this) I hear Green come back out. As I open my door Red does something to Green and makes him fall down and push the garbage can away. I step by back into the living room to watch. As Im passing by them Red tells Green "Im giving you some space here" - As he's pushing away furniture in the living room, hopping up and down, "What, you need the whole field?" "Get up and fight" Red says as I've already passed by. Green says "Im not a fighter". I belive Red punches him as he's down. Now I can see that Green has a black eye on his left side. Red saying "I should kill you" etc. Because I guess Green had come down to "bond" with his son which is what Red said. He also says "You think Im afraid of you? You need to get bigger." Green responds "I dont think you are" but Red said a few more sentances like that one. He's talking about how he helps my mum because she wants my brother's car out etc etc.
As I go back to my room they're in my way again. I've found the phone (which is why I kept coming out, I was trying to find the phone so I could call the cops, which is a regular thing for him anyways) And I tell him that as he says "You get to your bedroom" (to green) "Or you'll be in a hospital."
I respond with (to Red) "And you'll be in jail."
Red says "You think jail will stop me? Ive been in there plenty of times."
Which he has and I've said earlier. For abuse, drugs (just before he started work on the car, I heard him say it aswell, he said "I finished the beer I had with me and finished smoking the half a duby I brought down with me.", for assault, breaking and entering, possible other things, but personally, I dont care. Theft is a given. Right before the last time we saw him (about two years back) he had stolen a digital camera from us and probably other things.
And here I am.
Ah yes. Before I even hear him say he smoked the pot before going down I over hear him say "Ill kill her" after my mom comes to get the cat out of my room. It was either me or the cat he was talking about. I dont really feel secure enough to go to sleep right now at 1:08 am as I know that he's sitting out there.
It really is a shame. Like we thought he had changed. No more drug stuff, he's with a new girlfriend (his old one got him into a whole bunch of trouble, Hells Angels, Drugs, bad reputation / criminal record) and he had been helping my mum with things like her car etc which is why SHE forgave him for stealing the camera. Now I know he's the same person, deep down. You think giving a second chance works? Before this we gave him quite a few. Now he's gonna have to find some other place. If I were to call the RCMP about ANOTHER abuse thing then he'd be locked up for a good while.
