im going to change my ora to something happier! im tired of being sad, and having all of this crap happening. so im going throught seps to change.
1) get a peice of paper and write down everything your thankfull for.
2)clear you mind of all the worries, and problems that you have right now.
3) focuse on all the good things in your life, even if they are small.
4) think of something that makes you really happy! hold on to that thought.
5) dont think about all the bad. if your ati war dont act on it. be pro peace.
