Though most know of the Queen of Ice who nearly killed Snow White, few know of her brother. The Prince of Ice migrated far from his obsessively vain sister years before her death to escape her cruelty. He built a kingdom far from the Queen's, upon a land of frozen solitude. For years the Prince born of Ice sat upon his throne frigid of feeling other than the clawing feeling of loneliness, until one day he heard cries of help. When he escaped the borders of his kingdom, he found that the world had changed a lot during his solitude. With the Queen's death, the sun had risen in the sky but without her, the sun would never fall. The land that was once his Sister's domain was thawing. In the distance the Prince saw to his dismay, a lone slab of ice floating a once frozen ocean carrying a young Pora Ice, and a young Penguin, both terrified for their lives. Witnessing their anxiety, the Prince scrambled towards them, the perimeter of his frosty kingdom followed. As he neared, the ice grew, effectively freezing the ocean’s waters to their previous state. The Prince drew close enough for the ice to close the large gap between the shore, and the young creatures. Timidly the Pora Ice cub and young Penguin crossed the frozen bridge. Exhausted from running, the Price of Ice collapsed onto the fresh bed of ice, falling unconscious. Upon awaking, the Prince found himself within his kingdom. He walked into his palace and was amazed to find that numerous arctic creatures had taken refuge within his frozen walls. The Prince then sat upon his throne and gazed at the beauty that the creatures brought with them. The Prince who was born of Ice, and had lived in solitude was surrounded by the beauty of life.
