Man. What a tough evening. I worked this evening from 6 to 9pm, and I had the pleasure to deal with some... nice customers. Oh wait, did I write nice? I meant stupid, or maybe annoying. See, we have this "no refunds" policy, tough someone can return something they bought and get a credit note instead of plain cash. It's like a refund, except the person is obliged to buy something at our store until a year later. Anyway, it's written on every receipt that we DO NOT give cash back.

A woman and her girl come to the counter. They want to buy a swimming suit, a scarf and some other stuff. The girl is like "Oh no, I won't take the scarf", "No I don't want it mom", bla bla... And her mother is like "We'll take it so you'll stop asking me for one", or something like that. They pay, they leave the store, and then a minute later the girl (daughter) comes back and says she won't take the scarf finally. So I give her a credit note since we don't give money back. She leaves. A minute later, both of them come back and the mother yells at me that she doesn't want a credit note, but cash. I tell her politely that we do not give cash back, that we only give credit notes. She insists on getting a refund. I... insist that we cannot do that. Then she leaves, frustrated, with the scarf (she left the credit note on the counter). The girl with whom I worked and I were like "$#%@$#$#"! Man, can't she read? NO REFUNDS. It was written on her receipt, AND on a paper at the counter. Grrrrrr. If you're not sure whether you'll buy something or not, think about it BEFORE buying. That will help. Idiots.

Later, another woman and her girl came to see tiaras. They buy one, then the woman comes back a minute later saying it's broken. I tell her I can only give her a credit note, not cash, and she says okay. Then she says that she doesn't want the credit note, bla bla bla. O_o She finally took the tiara, but I had to give her a 10% rebate for her to be happy. Grrrrr, another idiot.

What have I done to deserve those sexually frustrated (I always call frustrated people like that XD ) people? Nothing, well I think. Moreover, I haven't been that lucky these past days. Like 2 days ago, I burnt one of my thumbs when serving myself soup. Moreover, the can of soup fell on the counter when I opened it ^^;;;;; And now, this? I hope I'll get more luck for the rest of this month. Like luck in love..... I want a boyfriend so bad!!!!!! >_<
