because its more fun! you can gamble, you can get into clubs, etc. well, i guess you could just get a fake i.d. but the real thing is better and if you get caught you wouldn't go to jail for fraud...

i wanted to take french but they don't offer it at my school so i took German instead cuz its awesome.
