Thank you, just trying to get some acknowledgement for us small guys. I know what you mean by football player types, I can take a lot of big guys, but my friend Junior is a muscular foot ball player I would never cross on the wrong side of.

My response to you?

Sorry to say, but just because someone is buff doesn't mean they can protect you. I know this personally, because in my profession, mixed martial arts fighting, I get put up against guys who are a lot more physically shaped then myself and still end up either knocking them out or submitting them on the ground. Note, I'm not a very big guy at all. I only weigh 130 lbs.
