I suppose I should point out that just as Love transcends names, so am I still not Kira.
L has much more experience than I ever will at childbearingish games, but I suppose I'm partly to blame for that recent bloom of activity if you know what I mean.

For those of you that haven't already realized...yes, I am Light Yagami. I'm a "friend" to all, an ally to none, and there are only a choice few I sincerely care about. Think twice before you think you're more than an acquaintance to me. I won't hesitate to use you, but I also won't hesitate to have a little fun...be it harmless or at your expense. Tread here at your own risk.
If you are going to comment, I am open to any Death Note foreroleplay as well as anything that is on your mind. I'm a fairly nice person. I promise. *smirks*

I am currently attending To-Oh university, so I'm usually busy with one thing or another. You can say that I've been something like the 'golden boy' all my life. Top of my class, excelled in sports, anything I touch turns to gold, etc, etc...I won't bore you with the details of my academic history. Suffice it to say, I've never had a chip on my shoulder. I much rather take a chip and...EAT IT. I have to say, though, sometimes I feel as if I have something else hovering over my shoulder, cackling and looming over me...it's not pretty, let's just leave it at that.

I enjoy tennis and a good challenge. Black coffee wouldn't go amiss on a list of things I like. My main interests are criminal punishment and law enforcement, and I expect to join the police force once I graduate.

My father, Yagami Soichiro, is head of the NPA; you may have heard of him and his epic mustache of justice. They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and I have to admit that I share his verve for justice.

I shouldn't be telling you this, but I'm working on the Kira case with the official task force assigned with the responsibility...and with L himself. Things have finally become interesting...

Though, as interesting as they may seem, you don't want to know what L likes to do in his free time with strawberries. Trust me.
