My life has changed.
I realized in my mind that my problems aren't as bad as others. Such as someone having cancer. Or starving. Or having malaria in Africa when it can easily be treated. I have become happier in my life. I do not have self-pity anymore.
I realized that I also don't have to worry about others thoughts about me, but worry about what I think of myself.
I realized that I don't have to be pretty to feel beautiful on the inside. I realized the difference between dreaming and doing. Wishing doesn't do anything. That's why we have to take actions.
I realized when I'm nice to someone, they might think of me as a nice person.
I realized that some hearts can be permanently wounded, and that's why family and friends are there to make it feel better.
I realized, that you don't have any reason to hate someone, no matter what they did to you.

Though your life may seem miserable to you, there are others who'd rather be in your position. When all seems at an end, you know that at least someone cares about you.
