"the girl behind the gaian"So, this is where I write about the 'Real Me'. For starters, my name is Micayla. I'm 14 y/o and 5' 8". Haven't grown an inch since I was 12. ^_^; I live in a rural area of Alabama and am currently in the 8th grade at my school. I'm in Beta Club and lost out on Quiz Bowl to the reason we dropped a person, I do a lot of volunteer work and have been on the A-Honor Roll since 1st grade, and during study hall I sneak out with my bestie and wander around the school while avoiding teachers! =) I love to travel and may or may not be taking my bestie with me this summer when I head out on a trip.
Since my mother still has to legally take care of me (woo!), I don't have a job (duh). Meaning: I have a LOT of free time *screech sound* OH SO NOT! I used to, but then 'life' caught up with me. I don't have ENOUGH free time and am usually sleep deprived.
I'm an artist, an aspiring lawyer, and a science freak. I paint a lot, and read law books sometimes. A lot of those books have paint on them as well as many of my clothes and often enough my hair (don't even ask...). But you can ask me anything about science and I'll know the answer. Which is actually really sad...
I am an only child (thank God) and I don't have a dad. Well, I do. Everyone has to have a mom and dad or they wouldn't exist. It's just that
my dad hasn't been around since I was two and the last time I saw his sorry butt was nine years ago. So, needless to say, it's just me and my mom. She's psychotic, scatter-brained, over-protective, and embarrassing, but she also lets me get away with a lot more things than most kids get away with and spends a lot of money and everything on me. She works a lot of overtime so I'm mainly always with my grandparents instead of her. But I still love her...most of the time anyway. XD
"the gaian herself" I started out on Gaia on a different account three years ago around April. It was Meellie. However, it got hacked and the name was changed to Bob Rekrab. I finally got it back and it's name is Meellie v2, but I just put everything from it onto this account.
When I first started out on Gaia, I had dial-up internet so I couldn't really go to towns for this reason: They. Would. Not. Flaming. Load. *angry face* And I also didn't spend much time in the Forums for reasons that I either don't remember or didn't even have. But now I go to the towns a lot more and post in the forums quite a bit. I'm rarely on anymore (maybe once every month or two) but when I am on I more than make up for it.
