    #1 mouth breather

    Lost Soul
    Somehow my soul is lost
Amidst the chaos of the world
Death and pain are all I see
    Within corrupt society
And through the looking glass is me
Of what was once pure harmony
Converted to mere ash and bone
My soul is better off alone...

    And in my eyes
    What once was clean
    Now is filled with misery
The hope that coursed through my veins
Has, like the moon, began to wane
For nothing is as good or sane
    As the water dripping down
    My window pane
    So now I pray
    For that day
    On which my soul
    Shalt not slip away
    And my fellow man
    Shall extend his hand
    And what once was lost
    will be found.

    Poem by Guardian of Agape

Hello~! I'm Das Portemonnaie, but most people call me Das.
I've been on Gaia since 2005 and mostly hang out in guilds or the GCD.
I took a hiatus between 2010ish-2012ish, so now I'm trying to get some o' them sweet a** items I missed. emotion_kirakira

I fit in the artist niche on this site, and have been doing avatar art since I joined and figured out how to use a scanner at 12. surprised
Since then I've improved immensely, and I have Gaia to thank. On my own, I have no reason to draw. But for friends and customers, there's always something I can draw!

I also have to thank Gaia because, without it, I would never have met my fiancé. emotion_awesome

Don't be afraid to comment or send me a PM. I'm pretty chill.

My profile was made by the lovely Miss Conception, the fairest of all maidens in the West. Apple of my eye, desired by all. She shall only walk upon the fairest of rose petals and eat the chocolatiest of cookies.

Fun fact of the day: Rabies can incubate in people for up to 6 years after being infected, show no symptoms at all. However, once symptoms of rabies emerge, mortality rates are not pretty. crying Interestingly, if treatment is administered before the symptoms of rabies can manifest, there is a 100% survivability rate. razz

You will do so. We have no such things down here, so I'll be forced to make our own. :U

I was really leery at first, because you're right in that the name sounds... Blah.

Then I tried some to humor the GF. It's like ice cream, but creamier in taste and texture. Also, really thick. You can hold most of them upside downwards and it'll stay in place.

Also, custard. We don't have custard down here. So when I tried it for the first time, I orgasmed, then punched the the employee behind the cash registered as I tried to drag the whole oil-drum sized container outside in vain hopes of taking it back home so my people could reverse-engineer it.

Upon the plane's decent, the pilot warned us to remained buckle for what he referred to as a "cheese storm". Some people laughed, but others had a solemn look upon their face. As soon as we broke underneath the cloud cover, the entire aircraft shuddered as massive wheels of cheese pelted us. It was literally raining cheddar. Because of all the cheese that layered about five foot of the tarmac, we were told to prepare for a crash landing. Luckily, the cheese softened our landing and nobody got hurt, but from what I heard, the plane was totaled.

So yes. There is so much cheese that their standard precipitation is cheese. True story.
