I just subscribed to your thread, actually.
We must be able to gather intelligent people on gaia online, once more, otherwise the stupidity will not even slow down, let alone stop, at all!

I haven't necessarily found myself too old, for Gaia Online, but I have found out that as of late, there's a lot of garbage threads all over the place, even when the twilight sequels are at an end.
Tell me, why is this happening, and why are people like Kraky Krakhead running all over the place to sabotage even a meaningful Camp Half-Blood thread in place, and disgracing the Mortal Instruments fandom's gaia online branch while she does?

We don't even have Strix Evelyn with us, anymore, and this is getting increasingly worse to rally up proper debaters in defense of Camp Half-Blood, let alone to role-play with and have meaningful discussions shared, as of late. cry

All the sadder, still, when you gotta factor in the regards that such mass numbers are all over Gaia online, and would be cannon-fodder by the standards of better debating sites, right? crying
Gaia Online definitely wasn't like this, a few years ago, not even when I arrived was it actually like this.
What the Tartarus happened for the reasonably decent debating capabilities to have abandoned this site?

No wonder why its turning out that I can castrate 90% of the people on vs threads involving Camp Half-Blood.
Most of the people on those threads can't even debate to save their lives, let alone Role-play for that matter!

It disturbed me with how even on better debating sites, illiteracy is running rampant, in fact, and kills a lot of matches before they can even begin! ;_;
Whenever I tried to even mention how the Forces of Olympus in particular are not gonna wind up fighting stupid in waging war, too many people find it red-herring worthy to listen, and the debating quality still suffers all the more, no matter how hard I tried to raise the quality of it up!

If we get to a Camp Half-Blood vs The Mortal Instruments thread, I expect it to get royally hijacked for the worst, that's how grossly mismanaged I am finding the Potter-world vs Camp Half-Blood matches to be, in fact!

Alright, While I go and respond back, mind reading the Percy Jackson and the Olympians novels and the sequel series, the Heroes Of Olympus series, so this will be easy enough to get the quality of the thread back on the positive?

I know, and if they aren't gonna directly discuss fighting or social substance of either side, can they at least discuss the fighting potentials of what either the individual fighters or the factions themselves have to offer?
For example, the Forces of Olympus have relatively more to offer than Demigod Officers or those with the blood of said Demigods in their veins to fight with, they also have a lot more creatures considered into their forces, and have access to Mere Human Mercenaries.
The Ministries of Magic would have to operate on a united basis, and if we're going with the one from Britain alone, the Fudge!-Era's too ludicrously incompetent in leadership to hold out against a lot of the threats CHB is unveiling, and the Shacklebolt-Era's grossly underresourced, in comparison, despite having better leaders and having more of a feel for Combined Species Warfare.

How do we start to fix this issue before the thread continues to rapidly downgrade worse than it already has?

Since the vs match's discussion is already decaying rapidly, how do we go and restore the content-based vs match debating that should be ensuring so we can raise the quality of the posts, so far?

I seen better debating sites that treat the subject better than gaia online in general is doing, so far.
