I don't mean to be rude or intruding, but can you help me?

I just recently posted a profile for the Vocaloid RP but I am a little bit unsure.

After I post a profile, must I have to approved? Or can I just RP immediately?

I've asked the Guild Captain about this but I have not gotten a response as of today.
