Love:
Love is not something of this world, and here is my proof of that.
Love defies all of mankind's logic, it makes our naturally selfish minds think of someone else on a default setting for a change. Love makes a species that fears death give up their lives without a second thought to protect the one most important to them. Love, true actual love, not just the love between husband and wife, but the love of friends and family, is unconditional, which is what allows us to forgive our friends when they hurt us, or vice versa. This is why I want so badly to feel love, it is that which mankind cannot actually by like everything else in today's society of plastic. Love is, in a sense, truth. Think about it, when you love someone, and are close to them, you are HONEST, and OPEN with them. You share your feelings and problems with them, you talk with them because you love them, regardless of who they are. In today's society it is so easy to pretend you are friends with someone and then stab them in the back, but true love can overcome this. I say this, because love isn't simply a good feeling, oh no, it's forgiveness, affection, intimacy, "palling around", passion, simple caring or concern, and above all, UNCONDITIONAL, especially when things get hard. Love, TRUE LOVE, doesn't just give up when things are difficult, love perserveres.

Patience = Love
What patience means to me. Patience is, obviously in an easy description, waiting. It's waiting on something good. waiting on someone, sometimes hand and foot. It's taking all the worst a person has to offer, then taking more, only to keep your arms held out wide open to them, because you know they need you regardless of how much they've possibly hurt you. It's understanding that the world doesn't revolve around you. It's waiting, even if you feel like there's no point, no hope. Waiting for a chance to redeem yourself, even if you screwed up to the point where you logically should NOT be able to make ammends, ever. In essence, I see patience as a way to communicate one's love.
