Hello this is my journal and ummm I'll put ummmm stuff here



Completely and Utterly Exhausted Like the title says I'm Completely and Utterly Exhausted because I worked out today for the first time in weeks and my legs hurt and my arms hurt and I just want to drop and I only did two miles on the treadmil, and yes the treadmil makes my arms hurt because I swing my arms when I walk sweatdrop
