According to suicide statistics, Monday is the most prefered day for self-destruction.

I think that's why we all wake up and half of the population goes "[********] its monday..."

Because if you really think about it, Monday is the start for everything that you don't want to do. Monday is the first day of school for the week, first day back to work after the weekend, seems to be the favored day for giving out as much homework as humanly possible. Monday isn't a happy day.
