People and their habits
Well this is a rant about people and their habits. Now I know that sometimes even I do a few of these things, but still working with people can be a pain in the butt (I guess there is also the need to be "clean" with words). For the most part this comes from working in a video store and having to deal with people. The first type of person that really annoyes me are the people who barge in and start demanding things. Yes I do say "Hello", but that is because I have to say it not because I want to. It does not give you the right to start up a conversation with me because I am currently helping someone else, but had to say "hello" to you. So if a person is at a cash register with another person standing in front of them more than likely that person is busy with the other person. Second don't do walking behind counters thinking that we are hiding stuff from you! For the love of whatever you believe in! I mean rummaging around in the return boxes is not helpful, plus how would you like it if you returned movies and someone just went through the box and took it. We have no idea if you returned it or not so now you must pay for the movie! Also the movies that say "not for rental" mean just that. I don't care you must have a movie more than likely it is not going to be in the stack of movie that are "not for rental". Finally I hate the people that come in the store and think that if they rush really fast they will get their stuff faster and leave. Sorry I have to update your information. i guess I could put in all the wrong information so that you don't receive messages that your stuff is going to be late. Not my fault that you stood on the other side of the store talking on your cell phone! I hope you enjoy the movie that you just purchased!
