Well, went home and had a nap. Then my mom made me go shopping, and my hair looked like crap. All flat on one side. >_> But I got lots of black shorts and capris. Black bathing suit. Unfortunately. But I knew if I didn't get one, Valerie would get lonely. cry I care, Valerie. I. Care.
Yeah. So I was in Old Navy and then Jessica, Emily, and Katrina walk in. Nice lil' reunion. Especially when Katrina called out my name. Kind of, "MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEghan." Like she usually does. You know, elongating the middle of the name. So I said hi. Then my hair was bothering me while I was changing, so I put it in an upside down bun. Jessica laughed at me. But she was wearing a black cowboy hat. Katrina was wearing a normal one, but looked asleep under it. So I got her back. cool
Then I went to Borders. Got a free book from Mom for some reason. I think it's because she's clingy. But I got Hawksong by Amelia. One of my favorite books by her. She really outdid herself on that one. Her books for that series she wrote like, ten years later. The mind set changed. It's just not the same. She's still a good author, but doesn't have that mystical aura clinging to the pages. I read the following books, but Hawksong will always have a special place in my heart.
I have to write an entire documentary novel tonight. Mrs. Bowmen won't accept it after tomorrow. So even though I'm going away, I don't get an excuse. I get to miss my Quadratic/Distance formula thing for Chapter 9 in math, though. mrgreen
