Or I thought I could.
Much much earlier today I was told that we, as in my parents, three nephews and I, were going to a park. I thought it would be nice so I just went with the flow. I had it in my mind that we were going to a local park located in Toccoa but oh was I wrong.
Instead we all went to the Tallulah State Park (I think that's what it was called). Which is located in the mountains, it has loads of waterfalls all varying in sizes. It was all so beautiful.
And now this is where it gets interesting.. There is a long series of steps going down the mountains, you can walk over a bridge that is over 500ft in the air (that freaked me the ******** out) and there is another long series of steps that you can choose to go either up or down. My parents didn't want to go but I said that I could do it and I would take my seven year old nephew Derek with me, they said alright but continued to tell me that it wasn't going to be as easy as I thought and boy.. were they right.
Going down wasn't the hard part, either was going across the bridge but instead of continuing to go down the mountain we decided to go up. Regardless to say I want to b***h slap myself in the face half way up. But we both made it and rested up a bit before realizing that we had to go back down, across the bridge and back up the mountain.
So now I can say I climbed a mountain, lawl.
