-Gag- What was the point in waking up this morning?
;-;
********.
!
I only got four hours of sleep.
Our plane landed in Dallas at 4:30 AM...
Now I'm back at home...jotting down my thoughts on Gaia.
xD
When I should be in bed...oh well.
Hehe.
I should reply to those PMs and E-mails that have been collecting...but I dun want too.
I'm WAY to lazy.
=3
Like Shika.
^^;
Oh.
I just realized...
I can actually be compared to Shikamaru and have some of the SAME traits.
That's not good I dun think.
Hm.
Anyways...
I'd write about what happened in Korea, but it's too much.
Ohkay.
I went by myself (YAY!), my Grandmother IN Korea paid my way, 'cause frankly...we're to broke to do so...anyways, she paid my way and I was aboard Lufthansa Airlines to Seoul, Korea.
Pccht.
Once there my Grandma Shi and Aunt Mae picked me up at the airport...
And...uh...I felt awkward.
I mean...last time I saw them was last summer...and it was only a week like this time.
We talked alittle over the year, but yeah.
Anywho...
We went to her house and it was AWESOME.
It looked EXACTLY like in teh Shin-chan ANIME.
OMFG.
Hehe.
It had slidey-doors...and it was supah schweet.
Eep! Back to my story!
Ehrm...yah, I had the guest room all to myself, and that was cool.
OH.
Apparently my Grandmother LOVES me SO much she invited all of her Korean friends over.
Ohkay, I'm fine with that hell... her house, her friends...right?
WRONG.
She made me dress up.
And go DOWN there and speak to them.
0.o
Was my face.
I got dressed, and spazzed.
I was trying to remember the little bit of Korean I've learned over the years.
So I uh...came down smiling and crap.
I was all, "Ayno ai saeyo."
They all smiled and were like, "Annyong ha siminka."
So in my mind I was like SUCCESS.
Hehe...
Anywho...none of 'em spoke MUCH english...so I skated by with slurring Korean and English together that night.
My Grandma made some Tea and Kujulpan.
It's like...an appetizer kind of food...just strips of meat and veggies.
Anyways.
That ends Day One.
The rest of my time there was cool.
Whee!
My Aunt Mae took me sight-seeing basically.
And it was FRIGGIN' awesome.
Almost EVERYWHERE, even in marketplaces were Cosplayers.
Apparently in Asia, they have NO shame.
They were gallivanting about in Sailor Moon outfits, and some...well some...were dressed like some ******** demons.
And I do think that was there normal, every-day wear.
o.o
They dress...of free-will there.
Ohkay.
I lied.
Only 45% of the population there that I saw had dressed all funky and cosplay-ey.
I was of that 'funky' population...with my mismatching and all.
I got a lot of compliments too...I think...they were in really fast Korean and I couldn't quite catch all of it...but I swear I heard 'Good skirt...' Some teenage girl said it...
xD
The other 55% dressed like normal people.
Hell...it's not like they'd ALL be dressed in Kimonos.
C'mon.
It's modern-times.
Get that damned 'Feudal Japan' profile outta yer' head.
So yah.
That was my trip to Asia.
^_^
WAITWAITNOTDONEYET.
Hehe.
I played DDR at a public Mall there...I lost of course, but it was fun.
'Cause at first all these guys were mad 'cause I uh...cut them in the line to get on it...but once I got on some of them started laughing...
>.>
Oh well.
At least one of them helped me up when my stupid a** fell.
xDD
