See through my soul

Secrets the world
Has left behind…
Look at my arms
And you will see
All the scars
I have received…
Look at my heart
And you will comprehend
How my life
Just might end…
Dig in my past
And you will uncover
The deepest secrets
Of a star-crossed lover…
Dig through my present
To find what exists
In the darkness
That my mind resists…
Read through my words
And you will know
Just how deep
My story goes…
